Although there are sections that may be rather unprofessional, I am striving for a balance between professionalism and casualness to create a welcoming workspace and to have better relationships with coworkers. I believe a workspace that everyone can know and trust each other in without that awkward mood.
Teamwork: I believe teamwork is one of the strong attributes at a workspace. Having a member to rely on is one of the best things at work. Without good teamwork, employee may make blunders that could have been avoided with peer review. Employees may have bad relationships with their co-worker which may cause problems for everyone in that workspace.
